Most of our products are made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we can only accept returns in limited cases.
Printed-to-Order Items
All asset tags and labels are produced based on the customer-approved design proof.
Once you approve the proof, production begins.
Any errors that were present in the proof and carried through to print cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll sort it out quickly.

A brief description of the problem
We will reprint or refund the affected items once we verify the issue.
